Kevin Porter - Director of Operations and Client Services.

Kevin Porter oversees all things related to our client’s satisfaction while under the care of Bridgeway Health LLC. With over 10 plus years of proven data driven client satisfaction, Kevin will be our client champion. Kevin’s passion for accuracy is simply unmatched. Working in the medical field for over 12 years, Kevin wore many different hats that range from Insurance Verifier to EMR (Electronic Medical Record) auditor to leading a client facing support team for a prominent medical firm. For the past 6 years Kevin has worked in the finance arena for one of the country’s largest mortgage lenders. During his time in the finance arena Kevin has worked in multiple leadership and support roles. He is responsible for re-vamping the client experience business area and re-shaping the client’s expectations. Kevin’s genuine love and care for people drove him to open his own Adult Foster Care home in Wayne County. His understanding of the importance of independent living and community reintegration is a key component to the vision and growth of Bridgeway Health.

Marcus Porter, RN, CBIS, TST - Director of Admissions and Marketing.

Marcus began his nursing career at Sinai Grace in 2012, where he was responsible for client care, staffing and also served as charge nurse. In 2013 he desired to have a more personal level of care and wanted to provide this care in the community setting, so he started working in homecare as a clinical nurse supervisor. During his time there he work in several areas, and helped to develop and Implement key initiatives that have helped in the overall growth of the company. In 2014, Marcus acquired his CPR/BLS instructor certification through the American Heart Association. Marcus became a certified brain injury specialist in 2015, and with his passion and dedication for serving this client population he has become the vice president of the Detroit Chapter of the Brain Injury Association of Michigan. Marcus has worked as a volunteer for Focus hope, mittens for Detroit, Toys for Tots and operation good cheer to name a few. Marcus also works with his local church as a youth camp director, where he helps Mentor inner City youth. Marcus believes that his care and services to the community extends far beyond the walls of a hospital, and this passion is what continues to drive him to be so dedicated to the field of community nursing.

Kimberly Crite, RN, BS,CBIS, TST - Director of Nursing

Kimberly has been a registered nurse for over six years. She has worked on various specialty units one being rehabilitation. She very quickly realized that rehabilitation was her passion. She loves being a part of a patient’s journey to reaching their goals. A large number of Kimberly’s patients sustained traumatic brain injuries. This led her to become certified as a brain injury specialist. During Kimberly’s nursing career, she held several supervisory and management positions, one being Clinical Supervisor for a community homecare agency. As clinical supervisor she was responsible for overseeing the delivery of patient care, facilitating staff/patient trainings and leading interdisciplinary team meetings. In this role, she realized the importance of community nursing and people receiving quality care in their own home. Kimberly also has many years of business management experience. She was a partner at a successful real estate appraisal company in which she effectively provided vision for company growth. Along with her nursing degree, Kimberly has a bachelor degree in Business Management. She loves working with people and lives by the motto “people don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care”
